Nicole Marie Jennings

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Nicole Marie (Ferron) Jennings, loving wife of Richard Jennings, announces her passing which occurred on July 19, 2020 at the Saint John Regional Hospital.  Born in Timmins, Ont., she was the daughter of Stella Arsenault and the late Alcide Ferron.

She was employed at the Saint John Regional Hospital for 25 years before retiring due to health issues.  She always put others before herself.  She could make a bad day into a good day just by her positive attitude.  She will be missed so much.

In addition to Richard, her husband of 35 years, she is survived by her brothers and sisters; Yvon Ferron (Gayle), Roland Ferron (Anne), Colette Martin, Rene Ferron (Paula), Patsy Cunningham (Rob), Kathleen Glew (Wayne), Susan Daly (Edward) and Darren Arsenault (Laurianne) along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her father Alcide Ferron, step-father Wilfred Arsenault, and her brothers; Stephen and Gary Ferron.

The family would like to thank Re. Ken Weir, Dr. O'Brien, the Extra Mural and the doctors and staff of the Dialysis Unit and the Palliative Care Unit.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with the graveside service at Ocean View Memorial Gardens on Wednesday, July 22nd at 2:00 p.m. Donations in memory of Nicole can be made to the Kidney Foundation or a charity of the donor's choice.
