Nathan Livingston, one of the sweetest, kindest, and most naturally loving souls, left us far too soon. He passed peacefully on November 26, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. Born on July 9, 1992, in Saint John, NB, Nathan was the beloved son of Jane and Jack Livingston.
Nathan had a remarkable gift for connection. He could make a friend of anyone, anywhere, and in mere moments. One of his greatest joys was visiting his brother Matthew at the Shannex Millidgeville Nursing Home, where he became a cherished part of the community. He coloured, joined activities, shared laughs, and never once left without offering his warm and heartfelt, “I love you.” Nathan had a way of making every person feel special — to him, no one was ever a stranger.
Faith was a gentle guiding force in Nathan’s life. He found comfort, friendship, and fellowship at Celebrate Recovery, where he praised God with a full and grateful heart.
Nathan loved music deeply, and he especially loved traveling with his family while promoting concerts — moments that brought him immense joy and pride. He treasured summers spent boating with his family and had a natural talent for landscaping and making any outdoor space beautiful. His hobby was collecting coins, and he was always excited to find limited-edition or rare pieces. This past fall, he proudly achieved a milestone that meant so much to him: earning his GED and driver's license.
Nathan is survived by his mother Jane and father Jack; his siblings Jacqueline (Mark), Matthew, and John-Michael (Melissa); his grandmother Phyllis; his uncles Neil (Candy) Boyle, Jonathan Boyle, and Lawrence (Grace) Boyle; his aunts Penny Livingston, Patti Livingston, and Peggy Stanhope; his nieces Morgan, Emerson, Ameilia, and Olivia; his nephew Vincent; and many cousins who loved him dearly. He was predeceased by his baby brother Vincent and his uncle Danny Boyle.
