It is with immense sadness that our family announces the passing of Michael Douglas Flewelling, which occurred unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 15, 2021. He was born in Saint John on July 11, 1983 and was the cherished son of Bruce and Kim (Green) Flewelling.

When thinking of Mike, he could best be described as quiet, soft spoken and very loving.
Without question, family was everything to him and he would do anything to put a smile on their face.
Mike was very gifted and talented when it came to cooking and spent many years working as an Executive Chef.

In addition to his parents, Mike is survived by his partner Dylan Myles, sister Natasha (Jerry) Belding, grandfather Joseph Flewelling, grandmother Carol Green, 3 favorite aunts; Jan (John) Cameron, Joan (Brian) Peddle, Jo-Anne (Art) Hovey, as well as many other special aunts, uncles and several cousins. He will also be remembered by his 3 beautiful nieces: Mya, Chloe and Keira.

Mike is predeceased by his grandfather Douglas Green and grandmother Edna (Hughes) Flewelling.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424). Visitation hours will be held on Monday, December 27th, 2021 starting at 12:00PM followed by a celebration of Mike's life at 2:30PM in the Fundy Chapel. Please note that all who plan to attend will be asked to show proof of full vaccination and proper identification.
