Mary "Christine" (Maxwell) Davis

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Mary “Christine” (Maxwell) Davis which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Friday, November 13, 2020, following a valiant battle with Cancer. Born 1964, in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Marie (McGrattan) Maxwell.

Christine shared in many friendships over the years through her time spent assisting clients at the offices of Dr. Nagaraj and Dr. Caissie. She was devoted to her family, raising her children and making their home warm, loving and inviting. In her spare time, she enjoyed bowling and spending her summer nights at the camp in Cambridge Narrows. Christine will forever be missed at ‘Cards Night’ with the girls.

Christine shared with all of us, a beautiful smile which will never be forgotten.

Christine is survived by her loving and devoted husband Vincent; sons Devin (Celina), Ryan and Josh (Miriame). She is also survived by her brother Jonathon (Liza) and sisters Cathy (John) and Carol. Christine will be forever missed by her grandchildren Kiernan, Blaire, James and Nevaeh.

Along with her parents, Christine is predeceased by her brother Brian.

Our family would like to say ‘thank you’ to the doctors and staff of the Saint John Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit for the care and compassion shown towards Christine and our family throughout the last few weeks.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424).  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 beginning at 9AM at the Cathedral of Immaculate Conception, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM.  

Memorial donations towards the Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated by the family.
