Mary Leona Morrow

It is with deep love and heavy hearts that the family of Mary Morrow (née Millett) announces her peaceful passing on May 13, 2025, at the age of 82. Mary passed away at Kennebec Manor, Saint John, New Brunswick, where she resided with her beloved husband of over 62 years, Doug Morrow.

Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Mary was the cherished daughter of the late Theodore “Iky” Millett and Margaret Millett. She was predeceased by her brother, David Millett and sister Patricia Millett, whom she held close in memory and heart.

Mary will be remembered by her children: Mike Morrow, Christina (Jamie) McRae, and Jason Morrow, and by her treasured grandchildren: Kyle McNeil, TJ McNeil, Sarah McNeil, Kayla Morrow, Meghan Morrow, and Jared Morrow.

Mary spent many years working as a cook in the service industry, where her dedication and no-nonsense attitude were as memorable as her meals. She was a proud regular of the Preston Legion in Cambridge, Ontario, where she found joy, laughter, and lifelong friendships. Mary did not shy away from saying what was on her mind and spent her life with her husband on a continuous adventure, taking them wherever the wind brought them.
