Mary London Obituary

Mary (Keating) London was born in Saint John on July 8, 1945 to Kathleen and Harold Keating.  She attended St. Vincent’s High School and during this time, she met and married the love of her life, Roy London.  Soon after, they moved to Ontario where they made their home and raised their boys.

Mary simply loved life!  She could light up a room with her infectious laughter, her positive attitude and big bear hugs! She enjoyed the numerous trips taken with Roy on their Honda Goldwing, which included a trip across Canada and several trips throughout the United States with their bike club.  She enjoyed plays and concerts with her longtime friend Lynda, a trip to China with her sister Patricia, a night out to Bingo with the girls, a few good games of Yahtzee and trips back home to New Brunswick to visit family.

Once her boys reached high school, she ventured out into the workforce with Arvin Meritor Inc., working her way up through the ranks to Inventory Manager.  After her retirement, she conducted exercise classes for seniors and visited shut-in patients through her employment with the VON.  Mary never stopped giving.

Mary is survived by her husband of 63 years, Roy London, her sons Roy Jr. and Wil London (Shona), her sisters Patricia Sistili (Randy) and Linda Whittaker, her grandchildren Sarah London (Alex) and Andrew London (Kelsey) and great-granddaughter Maeve.  Along with her parents, She was predeceased by her brothers Harold, Lawrence and Wayne Keating and her daughter-in-law Maureen London.

A Celebration of Life will be held on July 18, 2026, beginning at 11 am with a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 31 Gondola Point Road, Rothesay.  A reception will follow in the church basement.
