Prior to her stay at Rocmaura Nursing Home, Marlene was a resident of Seely Lodge in Martinon, NB. She was one to always enjoy visiting with family, a good card game, playing bingo, watching curling and cheering on her beloved Blue Jays. In her earlier years, Marlene enjoyed her work with the Welsford Home and School Association and was a member of the Welsford Women’s Institute.

(Arthur Sr.); cherished grandchildren Tammy, Barry (Megan), Angela, Kelly, Stephen (Annette), Andrew (Amanda), Aric, Noah; step-granddaughter Mandy; great grandchildren Chloe, Cameron, Emily, Jacob, Livia, Nathan; step-great grandson Brady and several special nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Marlene was predeceased by her husband Fred Williams; sisters Grace, Zelda, Gertrude, Marjorie, Irene, Georgina and step-grandson Arthur Tingley Jr.

The family would like to express their thanks and appreciation to Jan, Gary and the Seely Lodge Staff and most recently the staff of Rocmaura Nursing Home (Terrace Court and Hopewell Court). You have all made Marlene’s healthcare journey better by the care and compassion you have shown to her and her family.

Arrangements are entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424). In keeping with Marlene’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service.
