Marilyn Ann Driscoll

It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Marilyn Ann Driscoll which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on March 21, 2023. Born in Chatham Head, Miramichi, on March 1, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Doiron and Kay Driscoll.

Marilyn was a bright light and was well loved in her community by family and friends. She was a social butterfly and did everything in her power to help others in need. Marilyn had a passion for cleaning and was an avid bingo player – winning the jackpot two years in a row. She enjoyed going on drives with Allen and especially spending time with her grandchildren.

She will be missed by her partner Allen McLeod, sons Jonathan and Ozzie (Crystal Ford), daughters Skylar (Josh Best), and Melanie, grandchildren Andrew Smith, Dominic Best, Damien Best, Jayden Best and Chloe Quinlan. Also left to mourn is her brother Brent and Bobbie-Jo Connor who was like a daughter.

Arrangements are entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) where visitation will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023, between the hours of 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. The Funeral Service will follow in the Fundy Chapel at 3:30 p.m.

Donations in Marilyn’s memory may be made towards the Canadian Cancer Society.
