It is with great sadness the family of Margaret "Suzanne" Horsman announce her passing, surrounded by her loving family, on Friday, October 17th, 2025, at Bobby's Hospice. Born on May 19th, 1944, in Saint John, she is the daughter of the late Dorothy Price and Beverly Horsman. Along with her parents, and her step-father Lawrence Price, Sue was pre-deceased by her grandson Anthony Shawn Russell Baxter as well as her Uncles and Aunts from her Yeoman and Horsman families.
Sue was a graduate of Simonds High School in 1963 and later went on to graduate from NBCC. She worked in various careers over the years, including Anderson McTague Insurance, and some retail work. She also volunteered at the Imperial Theater and the Saint John Museum, as well as being the treasurer for Stephenson Towers tenant committee. One of her favorite hobbies was researching her family tree and connecting with relatives she had never known. A faithful Christian throughout her life, she found deep comfort in prayer and the promise of eternal life. Sue's devotion to God was reflected in the love and kindness she showed to others.
Sue cared deeply for her family and friends and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Sue is survived by her children David Clark (Michael) of Moncton, Kim Buote (Dennis) of Saint John and Tracy Clark (Brent) of Saint John, her grandchildren Amanda Baxter, Andrew Baxter, Kayla Ricketts and Jared Clark, her great-grandchildren April Baxter, Andrew Baxter, Alexa Davis, Alyvia Davis, Ashton Baxter, Brooklynn Baxter, Dominic Baxter, Dante Ricketts and Linkon Ricketts, her great-great-grandchildren Ryland and Adeline. Her brother Austin Price of Saint John, her niece Colby Donaldson and nephew Ryan Donaldson as well as several cousins from the Yeoman and Horsman families and her honorary grandchildren Dakodah DesRoches of Halifax, Graham Stephens of Ontario, Austin Langille, Rachelle Lunn and Carter Cromwell.
A Special Thank You to her chosen sister (cousin) Ann Mckinney for all the care and compassion, and for all of your hard work. That took a large load off the family in their time of grief, it was greatly appreciated. We love you very much. Thank you to the staff of Bobby's Hospice and Fundy Funeral Home for your kindness, care and compassion.
