Margaret Mary Elizabeth (Vermette) Drew

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Margaret Mary Elizabeth Drew on December 29, 2022 at her home.  Born in Campbellton, NB on August 5, 1940, she was a daughter of the late Patrick and Elizabeth (Savage) Vermette.  Margaret is survived by her daughters:  Robin Drew of Saint John,  and Kimberly Bell (Robert) of Florida; her brother Donald Vermette of Saint John; her sisters:  Joan Landry of Moncton, Catherine LeBlanc (Roger) of California, and Theresa Doucet; six grandchildren; as well as by many extended family members and good friends. Margaret’s daughter Natalie Bievenue Drew Tapley passed away December 31, 2022, two days after her Mom.  As well as by her parents, Margaret was predeceased by her husband Gregory Drew; her daughter  Cindy Lynn Drew; her sisters Gloria Gaudet and Viola Poirier.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (506-646-2424).  The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday January 5, 2023 at 10:00 AM.   Interment will be held in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.  Donations to the Animal Rescue League or a charity of the donor’s choice.
