Kenneth Salmon Obituary

The family sadly announces the passing of Kenneth Peter Salmon which occurred on March 18, 2020 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in South Wales, he was the son of the late Kenneth William and Dorothy Eleanor (Maddox) Salmon.

He taught art and was a practising artist with several local exhibitions.

Peter is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Rinske (Upham) Salmon, his children; Tineke Kate Salmon, of Campobello Lodge, David William Salmon (Sarah), of Nanaimo, BC, Eleanor Jans Salmon (Carl), of San Francisco, Gillian Jane Salmon (Mike), of Fredericton, his grandchildren; Katy, Adam, Kristyne, India, Leroy and Evan, his four great-grandchildren, and nephews David and Jonathan Maddox.

Besides his parents he was predeceased by his sisters; Judith Maddox and Gillean Salmon.

Arrangements are under the care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424), Saint John, NB. At his request, following cremation, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Remembrances made to the SPCA - Saint John Animal Rescue League would be appreciated.
