It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Jonathon Anthony Seales which occurred at his home on Saturday, May 1st, 2021. Born 1965, in Saint John, he is the son of Ovid and Sylvia (Martin) Seales. Johnathan attended the School for the Blind in Halifax. He loved country music and enjoyed playing guitar, banjo and the organ. Johnathan loved spending time outdoors and going for walks. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Along with his parents, Johnathan is survived by his brother Paul Seales (Rhonda) of British Columbia; sisters Cynthia Seales of Alberta, Louisa Seales of Saint John, Roxane Seales-Cadieux (Fabrice) of Ontario, Mary Seales-Dias (Ambrose) of Alberta; nieces & nephews Sylvia, Dakota, Desiree, Ovid and Mercedes; as well as many cousins and friends. Johnathan was predeceased by his grandmother Mary Martin (Russell), his aunt Mildred Roche and uncles Albert Roche (Cathryn) and James Roche (Agnes)
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation taking place on Thursday, May 6th from 2 to 8 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held from the Fundy Funeral Home chapel on Friday, May 7th at 2 p.m. For those unable to attend you are invited to watch the service online at https://view.oneroomstreaming.com/authorise.php?k=1620245823114011.
