Jeffrey LeBlanc Obituary

Official Obituary of Jeffrey Adam LeBlanc

October 26 1976 – March 31 2026

49 Years Old

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Jeffrey Adam LeBlanc announces his peaceful passing after a long and courageous battle with AL Amyloidosis on Tuesday March 31, 2026, at the age of 49.

Jeff was born in Saint John, NB on October 26, 1976. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 24 years Tammy LeBlanc (nee Proctor) and deeply missed by his children: Katelyn, Aiden, Conner and Chantel. He is survived by his parents Jim and Linda LeBlanc, and brother Danny (Leanne). He leaves behind his mother-in-law Gail Proctor (Bob); brothers-in-law Darin(Sue) and Ian; his nephew Zack; and nieces Abbie, Kristen, Alli, Kassie, Jenna, and Gillian.

He held a special place in the lives of his honorary first daughter, Sarah (Aaron), and his two honorary grandchildren, Cash and Wren. He will be sincerely missed by his many friends and family, especially the lake crew and his work family.

Jeff grew up with his brother Danny in West Quaco, spending much of his time with his beloved Grampie Morrison and Uncle John. Together they spent many hours haying, milling, farming, operating heavy equipment, and completing many projects, including the family camps.

Jeff attended the University of New Brunswick, graduating in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He then began his 26-year career at the Irving Oil Refinery. He took great pride in his roles as Turnaround Manager and, most recently, Senior Maintenance Manager.

Building his forever home was one of Jeff’s proudest accomplishments, as he thoughtfully planned and carried out every step himself. From milling lumber from the trees he cut down to finishing the wrap-around porch, he poured his heart into creating a place where his family could grow. Jeff married Tammy in June 2002, and together they soon welcomed four beautiful children, who became his pride and joy. Jeff enjoyed spending time at Grand Lake, working on his truck, and taking on new challenges.

He will be deeply missed by all that knew him.

The family would like to sincerely thank Gina Barton from KV extra-mural, Dr. A. Rivera, Dr. D. Bewick, and especially Dr. C. Mackin for their ongoing support, advocacy, and compassionate care. Thank you to all the staff on the Palliative Care Unit at the Saint John Regional Hospital for bringing Jeff comfort.

Arrangements are entrusted with Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, (506) 646-2424.
