Jeannette Marie Richard

With heavy hearts, the family of Jeanette Richard announce her passing which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Sunday September 25, 2022. Born in St. Charles, NB on  June 19, of 1951; she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Alice (Ouellette) Arsenault. Jeannette worked many years for Work Safe NB, retiring in 2019. She enjoyed a good game of Bingo, scrabble with her sister, old country music, watching Friends or going out for groceries. She adored animals but had a special love for cats. She was a very special woman who will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Jeannette is survived by her son Clayton Richard (Josie) of Medicine Hat, AB, daughter Cindy O’Neill (Andrew Smith) of Saint John; Cathy Johnston (Gerry) of Moncton, Chris O’Neill (Maryse) of Fredericton and Mike O’Neill (Christine) of Moncton; sister Yvette Scott (Reid) of St. George; special niece Bambi Scott Leavitt (Jayson), great nephew and great-niece Tanner & Ella; nephew Jamie Scott;  9 grandchildren and many friends.

Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424). By Jeanette’s request cremation has taken place.
