Jackie Toner

It is with profound sadness that the family of Jackie Toner, loving wife of Joe Toner, wish to announce her passing which occurred on June 23, 2022, at the Sussex Health Center.  Born July 21, 1958, at Bell's Island, NF, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Shirley (Fitzgerald) Snow.

Jackie loved working on crafts, playing the guitar and most recently learning the banjo, and the camaraderie of playing any card game with her family and friends.  Above all else her children and her grandchildren were always the love of her life.

Besides her beloved husband Joe, she is survived by her children; Allen Snow, Lee Pineau, Sally Pineau (Caren Jameson) and Diane Pineau (Tony Warkentin), her siblings; Joan Snow (Carla), Lillian Martin (Ken), Diane Power (Pat), Daphne Ondrik (Morgan), John Snow (Patsy) Elizabeth Beer (Steve), Marina Sheppard (Jeff), Connie Skanes (John), Paul Snow and Sonya Snow, her grandchildren; Allegra, Liam, Chloe, Adelyn and George, along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424), with visiting being held Thursday, June 30th, 2022, from 12 Noon until 2:00pm at which time the funeral service will take place in the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel. Remembrances made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the NB Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
