Ina Leola Marshall

With heavy hearts, the family of Ina Marshall announces her passing, which occurred peacefully at Kings Way Care Centre on Friday, October 16th, 2020. Ina was born in Stanley on June 29th, 1936; a daughter of the late Zack and Evelyn (Bowmaster) Gilks, and the loving wife of the late Ronald W. Marshall. Ina spent her working years in real estate, and also worked at the Loch Lomond Villa. She was a loving mother, and family always came first with her. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and always cherished spending time with them. Ina is survived by her sons; Paul (Ann), Rick (Christine) and Nelson; daughter Shelly (Norman) McKee, brothers Allan, Ashley, Claude, and Gary; sister Peggy, as well as grandchildren Blair and Kyle Marshall, Katie Audet, Sarah Kuhn, Jason Marshall, Dustin, Garret and Braeden McKee, along with great-grandchildren Gabriel and Ethan Kuhn, and Clare Marshall. Along with her parents, and her husband, Ina was pre-deceased by her brother Ted, and sister, Lena. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd at 11:00 a.m. at Ocean View Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, remembrances to Romero House or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
