Helen Marie McIntosh

It is with broken hearts that the family of Helen Marie McIntosh announces her passing on June 1, 2026, at Bobby’s Hospice, surrounded by the love of her family. Born in Bath, NB, on March 9, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Ronald and Shirley (Plourde) McIntosh.

Helen spent 17 years working in data entry for INMAR, before moving to Nordia - NQX doing administrative work for Canada Post from 2019 onwards. She was very involved in supporting the Saint John Association of the Deaf as well as the Eastern Association of the Deaf Bowling. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, going for walks, and spending time with her family. She was especially fond of her cat Roxie. She will be so missed.

Helen is survived by her siblings: Wayne (Barb) McIntosh, Lee (Linda) McIntosh, Paula (Walter) Jenkins, and Sharon (Michael) McIntosh-Allen ; as well as several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 5, 2026, at 11AM, in Mission Point Church (130 Mark Dr, Saint John, NB). For those who wish, donations in Helen’s memory to the Red Head Strays and Bobby’s Hospice, or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by family.
