Harold Ernest Fulton

It is with great sadness that the family of Harold Fulton announce his passing which occurred on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at St. Joseph’s Hospital.

Born April 30, 1944, in Long Point, NB, a son of the late Russell Fulton, Edith (Roberts) and Walter Helpard, Harold had worked for McAvity/Crane/Clow Canada for 46 years where he met his loving wife, Sharon.

An avid outdoorsman Harold loved to hunt and spend time in nature. His favourite place in the world was his old homestead or as he called it “the farm”, where he wanted everyone to know they were welcome to visit anytime.

Sports were another great passion of his. Loyal to his core, Harold was a lifelong Montreal Canadians fan. An incredible athlete, he was active in karate, softball, slo-pitch, and bowling.

Harold is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 31 years, Sharon (Titus) Fulton along with his children; Rick Fulton (Bliss), Cindy Blanchard (Ed), Joe Fulton (Cory), Cheyanne Fulton (Ryan Kay) and Doug Fulton (Emma Lawlor). He is also survived by his siblings; Bill Fulton (Aurella) and Eldena Dunphy along with his 8 grandchildren; Michael, Jennifer, Ricky, Jessica, Joe, Kelly, McKenna and Monroe Grace, 9 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Harold is predeceased by his brother in-law Ed Dunphy, and special sister-in-law Debbie Farren.

Arrangements are entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424). Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 between 6-8 PM.
Funeral Liturgy will take place at the Fundy Chapel on Thursday, August 11th at 11:30 AM.

Memorial donations towards the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada or Alzheimer Society of Canada would be appreciated.
