Gregory "Greg" Owen Joseph Boucher

With heavy hearts, the family of Greg Boucher announces his passing, which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Sunday, November 28, 2021. Greg was born in Saint John on August 4, 1982; son of Owen Nicholle and the late Roberta Boucher. He is survived by his partner, Brittany Basque, his children; sons Rylee McCutcheon and Abel Boucher, daughters Kaylie and Isabella McCutcheon, brothers Jeff Boucher (Amy), Christopher and Phillip Nicholle, sister Sarah Boucher, step-father Joe Beddow, nieces Tiannah, Keira, Ariyah,  Paislee, Emersyn, and Savannah; nephews Kingston, Princeton, Noah, and Jaxon. Greg will also be fondly remembered by special family members Paul and Jeanne Basque, Courtney Basque, and goddaughter Aurora Basque. Along with his mother Roberta, Greg was also pre-deceased by his aunt Ginette Arsenault, and cousin Rose Hebert.

Greg was well known by many. Greg truly lived life to the fullest through simple measures; being with friends and family, spending time with his nieces and nephews, but most important being with his kids brought him the most joy. Greg was a big teddy bear with a laugh that could put a smile on anyone’s face. He was kind hearted with a gentle soul, loving and showed the utmost respect to everyone he met. He will forever be missed and remembered by those who had the opportunity to know him.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) where visitation will be held on Wednesday from 1-2 p.m, with a graveside service at Fernhill Cemetery being held at 2:00. Please note that due to the restrictions placed on indoor gatherings, all attending the visitation must provide proof of vaccination along with government issued ID.
