Grace E. Brewer

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Grace Evelyn (Humphreys) Brewer which occurred at the Peace Arch Long Term Care Home in White Rock, BC on Monday, May 31st, 2021.  Born 1933, in Ottawa, ON, she was the daughter of the late George and Ada (Hart) Humphreys.  In her earlier years, Grace worked as a typist for the Government of Canada.  She was a former member of All Saints Anglican Church.  Grace loved going out to eat at a restaurant.  She adored animals and loved flowers.

Grace is survived by her sons Glenn and Todd of Surrey, BC; grandsons Blair, Cory, Keifer and Justin;  sister-in-law Joyce Brewer of Saint John; friend Darlene Hersey (Brian) of Saint John; as well as sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends.  Along with her parents, Grace was predeceased by her husband William, brothers Fred and William and sister Violet. 

Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424).  A Graveside Service will take place at Cedar Hill Cemetery at a later date.  Donations in memory of Grace may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
