WILLIAMS, Gordon James

Our family wishes to announce the passing of Gordon James Williams, 77, which occurred at his residence on Sunday, November 12th, 2023. Born in Montreal, Quebec on May 31, 1946, he was a son of the late Roland and Vivian (Hill) Williams.

A mechanic by trade, Gordon spent many years working as a Truck and Trailer Mechanic. He was a family man who enjoyed spending time with his wife Maizie and travelling around the country. Gordon enjoyed watching Baseball and shared a passion for doing puzzles and crosswords.

Gordon is survived by his cherished wife of 38 years Maizie along with his 2 daughters Amanda (David) Boudreau and Ashley (Danny) Fair. In addition, he is also survived by his granddaughter Keisha, 3 brothers Raymond (Anne-Marie), Dennis (Maureen) and Nolan (Mary-Ann) along with his 2 sisters Colleen (Melvin) DeMerchant and Lois (Mark) MacDonald.

Arrangements are entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (506)-646-2424. In keeping with Gordon’s wishes, cremation will take place and a private family interment will be held at a later date.
