Gloria Jean Brown

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Gloria Brown announces her passing at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at the age of 82 years old.  Born on June 20, 1943, she was the beloved daughter of the late Howard and Hazel (Nee. Fawcett) Kilpatrick.

She leaves behind her husband Robert; sons David and Shayne (Shelley); granddaughter Kiera; brothers Donald (Carol) Kilpatrick and David (Ann) Kilpatrick; sisters Karen (Fred) and Christine (Mike);

Gloria lived a quiet and thoughtful life, valuing privacy and finding joy in the simple comforts of home. Though she preferred a life away from the spotlight, Gloria’s presence was steady and meaningful to those who knew her.  She liked to read and always found companionship, adventure and understanding within the pages of a good book. She will be remembered for her calm spirit and the gentle way she moved through the world.

Gloria was predeceased by her parents and a daughter, Lisa Dawn Brown.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Street, Saint John, NB, E2J 2G3; (506)646-2424; a funeral liturgy will be held in the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026 at 11am.
