Glenn MacCallum

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Donald Glenn MacCallum, which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Friday, October 16, 2020.  Born September 26, 1950, in Saint John, NB, he is the son of Gwyneth (Spragg) and the late Donald MacCallum.  Glenn was a natural salesman, and did just that most of his adult life.  He eventually found his niche as a salesman for Fundy Honda where he spent the majority of his career.  Glenn’s favourite pastime was golfing and he took many trips with his family to Woodland Terrace in Brewer, Maine (there was of course a golf course at this motel).  He loved Sunday drives and he enjoyed many laughter-filled trips with his parents and younger sister down to North Carolina to visit his son.  Glenn always had a story to tell, he had a great sense of humour and liked to make people laugh.  He was also an avid fan of Elvis Presley movies and music. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him.   

Glenn is survived by his son Jason MacCallum (Darlene) of North Carolina; daughter Candace Collins of Saint John; sisters Leanora Levesque (Russell) and Sharron Boyce (Donald) all of Saint John; grandchildren Nathanael and Renee; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. 

Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424).  A private graveside service will take place at Fernhill Cemetery at a later date.  Donations in memory of Glenn may be made to The Heart & Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick or to The NB Lung Association.
