George "Bill" William Kerr

It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of George William Kerr, on Friday, December 19th 2025.  He will be dearly missed by his beloved wife Mary Edna Kerr for over 57 years.  His loss will also be deeply felt by his children Tim (Michele Gauvin) Kerr and Bobby (Brandy Dempster) Kerr, his grandchildren Ben, Cody, Brandon, Brooke, Taylor, Breann and Sara, his great-grandchildren Sophie, Charlotte and Edith, his siblings Marjorie and Janet. Special thanks to best friend Francis Richard; as well as many other extended family members and friends.  George is predeceased by his parents Garfield and Dorothy Kerr, his grandson Jordan, his son William, his brother Gerald and Leo and his sister Audrey.

Proud member of the Carpenters Union, George enjoyed his time hunting and fishing, he loved to garden and to take long motorcycle rides.  He was a jack of all trades.  He loved his family and any time spent with the grandkids. He was well known as being a great cook and always had a good joke to tell.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, NB (506-646-2424).  Family and friends will be received on Sunday, December 28th from 9-11 AM.  A Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 11:00 AM.  Interment at a later date.  For those that wish memorial donations may be made to the Lung Association or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
