George Joseph St. Onge

It is with sadness that the family of George Joseph St. Onge wish to announce his passing which occurred on June 8, 2025, at his residence, the Loch Lomond Villa.  Born April 18, 1945, he was the son of the late James and Evangeline (Doucette) St. Onge.

George grew up on the family farm.  He was a Millwright by trade and worked various construction jobs across Canada.  He loved music and played in bands and always enjoyed jamming every chance he had.  He was Christian by faith.

He is survived by his son Patrick, his daughter Susan, brother, Roger (Veronica), sisters, Gwen Lachance and Carol Linford, along with cousins, nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, Allan and James Jr., and his sister Brenda.

Arrangements are under the care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (506-646-2424).  Following cremation, the family will hold a private gathering.  Remembrances made to the SPCA would be appreciated.
