Frederick Donald Roberts

It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Frederick Donald Roberts, who passed away on Monday, June 15, 2026, at the Saint John Regional Hospital at the age of 93.

Born on May 10, 1933, he was the son of the late Frederick A. Roberts and Evelyn May (Rose) Roberts.

Frederick is lovingly remembered by his son, Douglas F. Roberts. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Marilyn, in 2025, as well as by his stepbrother, Armand, and his sister, Dorothy Roberts.

Throughout his working life, Frederick was employed in the construction industry before later joining GNB Supply and Services.

He found great enjoyment in life's simple pleasures and could often be found tending to his garden, spending time hunting, or expressing his creativity through painting.

Honouring Frederick's wishes, a private graveside service will be held at Ocean View Memorial Gardens with Pastor Malcolm Beckett officiating.
