Francis Joseph Frigault

It is with broken hearts the family of Francis Frigault announce his passing which occurred at home surrounded by his loving family and girlfriend Sandra Given, on Wednesday May 15, 2019. Born on Miscou Island, NB; he was the son of the late Camille and Roseanne (Bizeau) Frigault. Francis was a roofer and worked with Robert J. Fudge for over 32 years, he was a loving and devoted family man who enjoyed watching baseball (Toronto Blue Jays) , playing cards, camping and visits back home to the Island. Francis was a man who liked to whistle he would rock in his chair and whistle away sometimes you would hear his whistle before you could see he was coming. He is survived and will be missed by his children Joe of Saint John, Diane Phillips (Glen) of Willow Grove, Chuckie of Moncton and Carole Ann Cormier (Stan) of Willow grove, Susan Capon, Donald Tipe and Annette Frigault all of Toronto, ON; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; special great-granddaughter Josie;   brothers Camille (Donna) and Fred (Marion) both of Saint John, Onille of Midland and Felix  of Moncton; sisters Josephine Dorcas (Ronald) of Grandbay-Westfield, Clemintine Broderick of Sarnia, ON and Lottie Hooley of Grandbay-Westfiled; cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Along with his parents, Francis was predeceased by his loving wife Joan (Muise) Frigault in 2007, brothers Fernand, Oliver and Gerard and sister Noella.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation on Tuesday May 21st from 2-8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Joseph’s Catholic Church on Wednesday May 22, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.  Interment to follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Donations in Francis’s memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick, Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
