Esther Shirley Miller

With heavy hearts, the family of Esther Miller announces her passing, which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Tuesday, April 20th, 2021. Esther was born in Lakeville Corner, Sunbury Co. on May 30, 1936; a daughter of the late George and Essie (Holmes) Palmer, and the loving wife of the late Lawrence “Larry” Miller.

Esther is survived by her children; Karen MacKinnon (Ian), Mark Miller (Gillian), Tanya Boudreau (Daniel) and Wanda Anderson (Tom), sisters Daisy Lucas and Josephine Miller, and her very special sister in law Joyce Goddard. 

13 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. Along with her husband and parents, Esther was pre-deceased by her daughter Gwendolyn and son Darren.

Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visiting on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held from the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday at 2p.m. Due to limited seating, please call the funeral home at 646-2424 to RSVP.  Interment will take place at Fernhill Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances to Heart and Stroke would be appreciated by the family.
