Emile R. McLean

It is with broken hearts and great sadness that the family announces the passing of Emile Roy McLean, which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Saturday, September 10th, 2022.  Born December 14th, 1951, in Jamaica, he is the son of the late Edgil and Adline (Clarke) McLean.  Emile was a proud and accomplished Welder.  He was an avid gardener and extremely meticulous.

Emile is survived by his loving and devoted wife Michelle (Scott); step-daughters Reihanne Rosien (Simon) and Mikayla Scott; sons Emile Jr., Peter and Jermaine; daughters Lisa and Vanessa; brother Daniel (Julie); sisters Joan (Orville) and Carol; grandchildren Zariah, Mikayla and Justin; as well as nieces, nephews and friends.  Along with his parents, Emile was predeceased by his brother.

Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424).  A private Celebration of Emile’s Life will take place at the family home.  Donations in memory of Emile may be made to the Alzheimer’s and Dementia Society or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
