Obituary for Elizabeth Seron MacKenzie (Dunn, Conrad) “Betty”

Born in St. John’s, Newfoundland/Labrador on May 4, 1932.  Daughter of the late Frank and Rachael (Armstrong) Dunn.

Betty is survived by her daughter, Jill Elizabeth Conrad of Halifax, NS; four grandsons, Matthew Conrad, Jeff Conrad, Troy Conrad and Ben Snodgrass; three great grandchildren, Justin Conrad, Ethan Conrad and Kaci Conrad.

She was predeceased by her son, Steven Conrad and her younger daughter, Ellen Caroline (Conrad) Snodgrass.  Her husband, Bud MacKenzie, passed away in Saint John, NB, in May of 2016.

Following cremation, her ashes will be interred in Fernhill Cemetery, Saint John, on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at a graveside service at 9:00am.
