Eileen O'Neill Randles

It is with broken hearts that the family of Eileen O'Neill Randles, loving wife of Gary Randles, wish to announce her passing which occurred on May 13, 2022, at the Saint John Regional Hospital.  Born March 22, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Cecil F. and Bertha (Hayden) O'Neill. 

She was employed for 43 years as a school bus driver with the Anglophone South School District.  She was a member and treasurer of the Valley Cruisers Car Club and loved sporting around in her '49 Mercury.  She was the president of the Fairvale Outing Association.  She loved spending time with her family and her dog Riese at their cottage in Chapel Grove.    

Beside her husband Gary, she is survived by her children, Trevor Barr, Travis (Rebecca) Barr, Matthew Randles, and Melanie Randles, her grandchildren, Alex, Caleb, Heather, Carson, Andrew Hilliar, Isaiah, Josh, Jorden, Noah and Mason, and great-grandchildren Hayden, Adalynn, Jasper, and Kyleigh, as well as several extended family members in PEI as well as New York.

Besides her parents she was predeceased by her brother Phillip O'Neill.

Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424).  Following cremation, visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 18th, 2022, between 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held from Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church on Thursday, May 19, 2022, at 11:00am. Interment will take place at Ocean View Memorial Gardens. Donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the SPCA would be appreciated.
