MARCIAL, Echer Raphael

Our family is deeply saddened to announce the passing of Echer Raphael Marcial, 34, which occurred unexpectedly on Thursday, March 14, 2024 in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Born in Saint John, NB on December 26, 1989, he was a cherished son of Ralph and Joy Marcial.

While living in Grand Prairie, Echer was employed as a Welding Inspector. He was a very loving individual who lived life on his own terms and will always be remembered for his infectious smile and sense of humour. There was nothing more important in his life than being there for those that he loved – he was a protector and someone that you could always count on.

Echer was a thrill seeker who enjoyed skydiving and shared a passion for the simple things in life such as spending time with his family, friends and attending music festivals.

In addition to his loving parents, Echer is survived by his siblings Candace (Martin) Salkey, Dwayne (Meagan Foster) Marcial, Mahoganey (Adrian) Jones and Marcus (Brittni) Marcial along with his aunts and uncles; Wade (Maria) Cole, Marlene Cole, Hakim, Lenny, Wayne and Lisa (Neil) Seechan. He is also remembered by his nieces and nephews; Shane, Shanice, Maleesha, Alexia, Gabe, Kiera, Bellamy, Keegan, and Isaiah along with numerous cousins.

Echer is predeceased by his paternal grandparents Echer and Mildred Marcial, maternal grandparents Frank and Leona Cole along with his uncles Frankie Cole, Kelvin and Santo.

Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (506)-646-2424 with visitation being held on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024, between the hours of 2-8 PM. Please join our family as we celebrate Echer’s life at the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, April 3rd at 1:00 PM. Following the service, you are invited to join the family in the Fundy Reception Centre to continue sharing stories and memories.
