It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our sweet, beautiful mother, Dorianne St. Onge. She left us quietly and peacefully in the early morning hours of June 11th, 2025.
Mom was a kind and gentle soul who was always smiling and happy. She loved everyone and everyone loved her.
She was the Beloved wife of Louis St. Onge and daughter of the late Alphee & Odile (Bourgoin) Nadeau.
Mom is survived by her daughters, Joanne (Larry) Hatfield of Kingston, N.B., Rose Johnson (Dave Upton) of Halifax, N.S., Colette (Dennis) Silcox of Halifax, N.S., and sister Claudette Deschamp of Norwich, Connecticut; and grandchildren Rhonda, Denise, Marc, and Brandon.
Besides Dad, Mom was predeceased by her daughter Anne Marie, sisters Jannette Byram, Camilla LeClerc, and brothers Norman Nadeau & Roland Nadeau.
The Family wishes to express their deepest gratitude and thanks to the wonderful caregivers, Nurse Practitioner Daniel Deveau, and staff at Northwood Bedford Ivany Nursing Home where Mom spent her last few years. To both Mom and us, they became a part of our family during her final years. Their kindness, love and dedication will always be remembered.
Arrangements and final care are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, N.B.
In keeping with Mom's wishes, there will be no formal services, and a private interment will take place at Cedar Hill Cemetery on June 25th.
For those who wish, remembrances can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of their choice.
