Dora (Lavigne) LeBreton

It is with heavy hearts that the family of the Marie “Dora” Therese LeBreton announce her passing at the Saint John Regional Hospital on April 2, 2024.  Born in Bathurst, NB she was a daughter of the late William and Parmella (Gauthier) Lavigne.  Dora will be deeply missed by her loving husband Hector LeBreton; her son Mark LeBreton; her daughters:  Lois Neil (Larry) of Edmonton, AB, Judy Stewart (Percy) of Fredericton, NB, Debbie MacLellan (Jim) of High River, AB, Patricia Wilkins (Rick) of Grand Manan, NB, Linda White (Doug) of Kingston Peninsula, NB, Sandra LeBreton (Jim) of Edmonton, AB;  her brother  Robert Lavigne of French Village, NB; her sisters:  Majella Cormier of Edmundston, NB, Anne Marie Saulnier (Valmond) of Bathurst, NB, Norma Lewis (Reg) of Ontario, Margaret Wood (Bill) of Nova Scotia, Lorine Lavigne of Moncton, NB; eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; as well as by many extended family members and good friends.  As well as by her parents, Dora was predeceased by her brother Maurice Lavigne.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, NB (506-646-2424).  Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday May 22, 2024 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM.  The funeral service will be held at the Calvary Temple Church on Thursday May 23, 2024 at 11:00 AM.  Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Calvary Temple Church would be appreciated by the family.
