Donna Frigault Obituary

It is with love and gratitude for many years of wonderful memories that the family of Donna Frigault loving wife of 53 years to the late Camille Frigault, announce her passing which occurred, surrounded by her loving family, at the Loch Lomond Villa on Thursday, December 30, 2020. Born in Saint John, NB; on May 26, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Ross and Pearl Wood (Henri).

She loved spending time with her family, laughing, reminiscing and sharing memories. Together, Donna and Camille spent many years as foster parents providing a safe and loving home for countless children. She also enjoyed camping in Browns Flat and Oak Point and was part of a Saint John Bowling League at Fairview Lanes.

She is survived and will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Patty Lindsay and her husband Jason of Saint John NB,  and her sons, Shawn Camille Frigault and his wife Grace of Brampton, Ont. and Rene Joseph Frigault and his wife Amanda of Cole Harbour, NS; her beloved grandchildren Brittney, Alexander (Abbi), Zackary, and Evangeline; her sisters Rose Young of Saint John NB, and Madeline Finley (Doug) of Quispamsis, NB; her brothers Peter Wood of Saint John NB, Ross Wood (Brenda) of Grand Bay-Westfield, Brian Wood (Dianne) and Mike Wood (Kathy) of Saint John NB, and Chuck Byers (Connie) of Saint John NB. In-laws, cousins and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her loving husband Camille, Donna was predeceased by sisters Patsy and Mary and brother Bobby.

A special thank you to her sisters Madeline and Rose, brother Mike, sister-in-law Kathy and brother-in-law Doug for the unwavering support, love and comfort they shared with their sister. Her brother and sister-in-law Fred and Marion Frigault for their love and support and lovingly handcrafting the urn for her final resting place.

Donna’s family would also like to extend their sincerest gratitude to the angels at the Loch Lomond Villa for the kindness, compassion and love while living there. Your dedication to provide a safe and loving environment will always be remembered and appreciated.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424). Due to public health’s pandemic restrictions arrangements for the funeral service will be announced once family is able to travel and be together.
