It is with extreme sadness we announce the passing of our sister Donna on Saturday November 13th, 2021 at Saint John Regional Hospital.  Born May 10, 1964 in Digby NS. She is survived by sisters Robyn (Brian Shorey) and Susan Denton, niece Briana Shorey, partner Hal Corner, special friend Kelly (Farnsworth) Merritt, her cherished fur babies, Molly, Tangy & Riley, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Donna was predeceased by her parents, Clayton, Jr. (2008) and Betty (Leeman) Denton (2012) and her husband Rickey Harnish (2013).

Cremation will take place and a private family graveside service will be held at a later date. There are plans for a celebration of life in May 2022.  Donations in her memory may be made to the TLC Animal Shelter PO Box 1601 Digby NS B0V 1A0. Donna battled with juvenile diabetes most of her life. She was a very kind, caring and thoughtful person always picking out just the right gift or sending a little note just when you needed it. She was a brave soul and showed courage right to the end. Rest easy DBear. We will miss you terribly but never ever forget you.
