Donald Joseph Robichaud

It is with great sadness the family of Donald Joseph Robichaud wish to announce his sudden passing, which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Tuesday, January 25, 2022.  Born in Saint John, NB, October 17, 1950, Donald is the son of Armeline (Plourde) Robichaud and the late Albert Robichaud.

Donald worked for Ritchie's for over 20 years before moving on to W & S General Contractors.

Donald enjoyed barbecuing for his family, enjoyed camping and riding the trails on his bike, and although he would deny it, he really enjoyed decorating for Christmas. He also enjoyed going weekly to play Canasta with his Mother and sister.

Donald is survived by his mother, Armeline Robichaud, his children; Tanya Robichaud Drenth, Allen Robichaud and Kelly Robichaud and the mother of the children Debbie Robichaud; children Finn Robichaud, Charity Robichaud, and Hope Robichaud, and mother of these children Bonnie Robichaud;  his 9 grandchildren; Piper, Noah, Alexander, Brycen, Destiny, Emily, Taylor, Jayden and Jordan, his brothers; Norbert, Terrance and Chris Robichaud, sisters; Linda Green, Bonita McCracken, Nancy and Shirley Robichaud along with several cousins, nieces and nephews.  Donald also leaves behind his companion Florence Dempster of 18 years and her children; Dale (Bonnie) and Keith (Tammy) Dempster, Dawn (Dave) Ferris, and her grandchildren; Jayden and Olivia.

Arrangements are under the care of Fundy Funeral Home. A graveside interment service take place at St. Joseph's Cemetery at 2:30pm on Friday, June 3, 2022.  Reception to follow at 56 Taylor Lake Road, Willow Grove.  Donations in memory of Donald may be made to the NB Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
