It is with great sadness the family of Deborah Lynn Butler announce her passing which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Wednesday July 14, 2021. Born in Saint John, March 27 of 1958, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Lorraine (Breen) Butler.
Debbie worked for Red Rose Tea for many years, retiring after its closure. She was a great cook especially breakfast, enjoyed, Bingo, her TV time with her canine companion Chubby whom she adored.
Debbie is survived by her daughter Christine Butler (Kevin); grandchildren Haley, Danny and Tyler; great-grandchildren Edmund and Emmitt; brother Terry Butler; special niece Tammy Duplessis; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces & nephews and lifetime best friend Aldona Bridges of Saint John.
Along with her parents, Debbie was predeceased by her brothers Glendon and Danny; sister Brenda and her nephew Joey Butler.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) Visitation will be held on Sunday July 18th from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Memorial service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Monday July 19th, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Due to limited seating please call 646-2424 to RSVP.
