Deborah Perry Obituary

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Deborah Jane (Golden) Perry, which occurred on Thursday, April 2nd, 2026, at the Loch Lomond Village.  Born on August 11th, 1950, in Saint John, she is the daughter of the late William and Dorothy (McKnight) Golden. Debbie enjoyed baking, cooking and she loved to volunteer in her community.  She was devoted to attending her weekly Bible Study Group and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Debbie is survived by her loving husband Peter of 55 years; sons Peter and Shane Perry; brothers Billy and John (Julia) Golden; sisters Dolores Mills and Dorothy Staniforth (Mark); sister-in-law Barbara Golden; as well as nieces, nephews and friends.  Along with her parents, Debbie was predeceased by her brothers David and Bobby, brother-in-law John and sister-in-law Jacqueline.

A special thank you to the CAM & GEM Units at St. Joseph’s Hospital, as well as the staff of Loch Lomond Village for your kindness and compassion.

Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (506-646-2424).  As per Debbie’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service.  A Graveside Service will take place at Lorneville-Seaview Cemetery on Saturday, May 16th at 11 a.m.  Donations in memory of Debbie may be made to The Joshua Group or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
