David Scott Phillips

It is with heavy hearts that the family of David Scott Phillips announces his unexpected passing on Saturday October 10, 2020 at the Saint John Regional Hospital.  Born on September 21, 1971 in Saint John, he was the son of David Phillips Sr. and the late Carol Anne (Jones) Phillips.

In his youth David was involved in all local sports and excelled at hockey.

In addition to his father David Sr, he is survived by his children; his brother Wayne (Shelley); sister Krystal (Jeff) Vincent; paternal grandmother Dorothy Phillips; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Besides his mother Carol, he was predeceased by his paternal grandfather Jack Phillips and maternal grandparents Charles and Corrinne Jones.

Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424). A private family graveside service will be held in Harding’s Point Cemetery at a later date. Donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
