With heavy hearts, the family of Christina Muriel Pattison announce her peaceful passing, surrounded by loved ones, on October 21, 2025, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on August 2, 1947, in Toronto, Ontario, Christina was the cherished daughter of the late John and Muriel Pearson.
Chris dedicated 42 years of her life to Grand Bay Home Hardware as a trusted bookkeeper and was an active member of the UCW (United Church Women). She embraced life with joy and enthusiasm—known for her exceptional cooking, love of dancing, and special lunch outings with the ladies. Shopping trips with her daughter Kim took her on many adventures to places like Florida, Kittery, Portsmouth, Moncton, and Fredericton.
A devoted mother and grandmother, Chris could often be found cheering proudly from the sidelines at her grandchildren’s sporting events. Time spent with her grandsons was especially close to her heart. Though her brief attempt at gardening didn’t quite flourish, she found comfort and creativity in knitting—a craft she came to master.
Chris will be deeply missed by her daughter Kim, and son Brandon (Lori) Pattison, beloved grandchildren Drake and Aiden, and her brother Charlie Pearson. She is predeceased by her brothers Gordon, Bill, and Hugh Pearson.
The family extends their sincere gratitude to the compassionate nurses and staff of 4CN and 3BN palliative care units, and a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Love and Dr. Sherwood for their exceptional care.
Arrangements are under the care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (506-646-2424).
