Charlotte N. Belyea

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Charlotte Noreen (Wilson) Belyea which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Thursday, November 22nd, 2018 with her family by her side.  Born 1944, in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late John “Gordon” and Marjorie (Murphy) Wilson.  Charlotte worked in housekeeping at the Saint John Regional Hospital for several years before retiring.  She was an avid reader and she loved to knit.

Charlotte is survived by her loving and devoted husband John Belyea of 49 years; son Donnie Belyea (Kim) of Saint John; daughter Shelley Duke (Scott) of Saint John; brothers Fred Wilson (Margie), Harold Wilson (Donna), Ralph Wilson (Caren) all of Grand Bay Westfield; sisters Linda Wilson of Willow Grove, Valerie Wilson (Sandy) of Cocagne, NB; granddaughter Taylor London; step-grandchildren Kaylee and Brandon Barnes; as well as several nieces, nephews and friends.  Besides her parents, Charlotte was predeceased by her brothers Ronald and Brian Wilson.

Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424).  A Memorial Service will take place from the Fundy Funeral Home chapel on Monday, November 26th at 11 a.m.  A private family interment will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Charlotte’s memory may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Canada, Romero House or Bobby’s Hospice.
