Alice Darlene (Sisk) Hatfield

It is with great sadness the family announces the unexpected passing of Alice Darlene (Sisk) Hatfield, loving wife of David Hatfield, which occurred at home on Friday, April 20th, 2018. Born 1966, in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Edna (St. Pierre) Sisk.

Alice was devoted to her faith and loved her time spent at the Lighthouse of Faith Church. She was extremely proud of her grandchildren, who were the apple of her eye. When we think of Alice, the words sweet, quiet and loveable come to mind. She always cherished the time spent with her mother in-law, Margaret Hatfield, at the mall, who was like a mother of her own.

Alice is survived by her husband David and their son, Evan (Angele) of Orillia, Ontario and their children; Evangelene and Emmet. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters; Iris Stevenson (Andy), Ernest Sisk, Edna Reed (Mark), Jeanette Sisk, Charmaine Soucy (Marc), Cynthia Sisk, Trevor Sisk (Michelle) and Trent Sisk.

In addition to her parents, Alice is predeceased by her infant brother Peter Sisk.

Alice will be resting at the Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation hours taking place on Monday, April 23rd and Tuesday, April 24th between 2-4 and 6-8 PM.  The funeral service will take place on Wednesday, April 25th from the Fundy Chapel at 11 AM.
