Adolf Robert Wahlmann

There will be a Funeral Liturgy held for Adolf on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 1pm from the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in St. Paul's Cemetery in Upper Golden Grove.  Extended family and friends are invited to watch the service here at https://www.oneroomstreaming.com/view/authorise.php?k=160312114781785. Masks will be required for all who attend and physical distancing requirements will be followed.  Seating is limited for the service up to the first 100 people.  All are welcome.

It is with sadness but appreciation for a long life, well lived, that we announce the peaceful passing of Adolf Robert Wahlmann on November 2, 2019 at Shannex, Embassy Hall.  He was born in Berlin, Germany on September 6, 1930 to the late Nicholas and Ingaborg (Gehlig) Wahlmann and was the loving husband to his wife Linda (Wackernagel) Wahlmann.

Adolf worked for over 40 years as a Mason, retiring in 1996.  He was part of the Scottish Rite Masonic Order, Saint John #2 and was a Luxor Shriner as well. 

In addition to his wife Linda, he is survived by his son Mark Stephen (Sheila) and his daughter Jennifer Andrea Given; grandchildren, Neil Given and Lanz Wahlmann; 3 brothers and 1 sister, along with several nieces and nephews.  Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his infant son Eric Robert and his brother Kurt. 

Arrangements are entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424).  In keeping with Adolf’s wishes, no visitation or funeral service will be held.  A private family interment will take place at a later date.  For those who wish, memorial donations made to the charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by his family.
