William Ronald Finn

 Surrounded by his loving family Bill Finn of Willow Grove, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2019 after a brief and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Born in Saint John January 29 of 1955, he was the son of the late Ronald and Utah (Alchorn) Finn. Bill was a loving and devoted husband and father. He was a skilled trucker and worked for Midland Transport for over 20 years. Bill enjoyed his job and comradery with fellow workers and clients. He had a love for the outdoors, hunting and quiet time with his family. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 39 years Karen (Creamer) Finn; daughter Alicia Beaudoin (Michel) of Petit Rocher and son Sean Finn of Kingston, NS; mother-in-law Gloria Creamer, brothers and sisters-in-law Chris Creamer (Jackie), Mary Jane Finn, Fran England (Carl), Beth Brabant (Leo) and Donald Creamer (Du Preez) , long-time friend Gary Fillmore; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Along with his parents and sister Jane Hunt; Bill was predeceased by his father-in-law Donald F. Creamer, cousin and brother-in-law David Finn and niece Kourtney Creamer.

By Bill’s request there will be no visitation or service. A reception celebrating Bill’s life will be held at the Fundy Funeral Home on Sunday June 30, 2019 from 2-4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill’s memory can be made to the Wild Life Habitat of Canada, Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of the donor’s choice.

The family would like to thanks the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at 4CN of the Saint John Regional Hospital for their compassion and care. Special thanks to family, friends and co-workers for the love and support.
