My deepest sympathy to Lillian and Raymond. I just saw the obituary for your mother. I lived in Norton and was a good friend of Dickie's and stayed at your home when I was growing up. I had great times then and will always remember your mother.

Lillian & Raymond, I was sorry to see the death of your Mum in the obituaries today. I grew up in Norton during the time your family looked after the Municipal Home and seeing Vera's picture today brought back so many memories. I remember her as a kind gentle lady who had a special heart for those less fortunate or had special needs. I pray that many wonderful memories of a very special lady will be a comfort to you in the days ahead.
