Tim David Philip Aspen

It is with heavy hearts the family of Tim David Philip Aspen announces his passing which occurred on Friday, October 5, 2018 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, NB on February 25, 1948 he was the son of the late Maurice and Marjorie (Kerr) Aspen. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brother Thomas Hugh Aspen.

Tim had a great love of Mack Trucks and was self employed as a truck driver and mechanic for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his loving companion Nancy (Flowers) Golding; beloved daughter Kim Aspen and her mother Irene; step son Jason Golding; grandson Kyle Golding; brother John “Jackie” Aspen; sisters Barb Flecknell and Sandra Melanson; several nieces and nephews who called him “Timmy Uncle” and "Uncle Tim".

Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, NB (646-2424) on Monday, October 8 from 2 to 8 pm. The funeral service will he held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at 2 pm. Interment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Remembrances in memory of Tim may be made to the Joshua Group, Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
