Scott R. Latter

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Scott Roy Latter which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Wednesday, October 10th, 2018.  Born 1988, in Saint John, he is the son of Tim and Kathy (Davis) Latter.  Scott was a graduate of Harbour View High School.  He worked at Key Industries for many years.  He was an avid sports fan who loved hockey.  He also enjoyed crafts and puzzles.  Scott had a profound effect on everyone he met.  He had several friends and was grateful for each and every one of you.      

Along with his parents, Scott is survived by his brother David Latter (Katrina) of Calgary; niece Taylor, aunts and uncles Barbara and Stephen Henderson, Mary and Stephen Fitzpatrick, Judy Makenney, Janet Griffin, Debbie and Roger Boucher and Susan and Peter Wilcox; great aunt Shoan Meredith; special friends at Independence Plus; as well as several cousins and friends.  Scott was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Barbara and Roy Davis, paternal grandparents Shirley and Gordon Latter and uncle Michael Davis. 

Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424).  A private family service will be held at the Fundy Funeral Home chapel on Saturday, October 13th at 2 p.m.  Interment will take place at a later date.  Donations in memory of Scott may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
