Natalie Ruth Johnson, St. Stephen, formerly of Rolling Dam passed away peacefully, in her 88th year on January 9th, 2020.
Born on November 3, 1931 in Rolling Dam, NB, she was the youngest born to Herald and Adelaide (McCrum) Johnson. She was a trained geriatric aide and enjoyed working with elderly patients at Lincourt Manor.
Surviving are sons Dana Matheson of Dartmouth and Alan (Shirley) Matheson, Enfield, Nova Scotia; grandsons Michael Matheson, St. Stephen and Cory Matheson, Enfield, one brother Rolfe (Beatrice) Johnson, Revelstoke, BC.
Besides her parents, Ruth was predeceased by brother Merle Johnson, sisters Pauline Kennedy, Rachael Bartlett, Gloria Layton.
The Matheson family wish to thank the floor staff of Rocmaura Nursing Home for the excellent care they provided to Ruth.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Alzheimer Society. As per family request, there will be no service at this time.
