Marshall Holmes

With heavy hearts, the family of Marshall Holmes announces his passing, which occurred at the Victoria General Hospital, Halifax, on October 4th, 2019. Marshall was born in Fredericton on July 7, 1949; a son of the late Carmen George and Doris Margaret Holmes. He is survived by his son David James Holmes (Jenn), his pride and joy, granddaughter Khloe Allison Holmes, sister Trixie Mootoo, nieces Kathy and Shana, great-niece Kendra, as well as several extended family members and friends. Marshall was an avid sports fan, and he loved his long strolls down the waterfront, but most of all, he loved his weekly phone calls with his granddaughter Khloe and David. Arrangements entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, where the family invites you to join them for a Celebration of Marshall’s life, which will be held from 3-5 p.m on Tuesday, October 8th.
